We've all seen these before.  Candlestick pattern with daily incremental gains which eventually give way to a huge dump.  Look out below!  :-(

$EVTI PPS drops by 50% today

This one took a decent hit during the afternoon.  Looks like someone had a million shares or so that they wanted to get rid of at a discount.  

$CUR shares implode, -37.1%

$LAS shares tank, -$46.9

$ECIG longs get burned again, $25.3

Looks like the stock has run out of buyers and/or insiders are cashing out.  Critical support at .10 was broken on high volume, suggesting more downside is ahead.  I'm taking this one off of my list for now.
